Bharath Ram Balasubramanian is a skilled Staff Engineer with a keen interest in Construction Management. With over 4 years of relevant experience in the field, Bharath has gained hands-on experience in Concrete Technology and Construction Management. Currently working as an Intern at L&T, he is involved in a diverse range of activities, including assisting with contracts, RFIs, RFPs, quality control, and tests on concrete and cement on site. Additionally, he has studied building systems and SHE policy for multi-storied buildings. Prior to his current role, Bharath has worked as an Intern at Chennai Metro, where he assisted with construction drawings, surveying, project layout, and checked field conditions. He also monitored the sites regularly and performed quality checks while learning about excavations, exploration techniques, and boring. As a Student Researcher Intern at Golcha Associated Group, Bharath was responsible for planning the project by scheduling activities and setting milestones, performing cost estimation, quantity takeoff, and procuring materials. He also worked on the study of talc as a partial replacement for cement and acquired knowledge on the operation of various hardness testing devices, test procedures, planning, and management of resources. Bharath holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. He also has a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. His technical skills include testing, and he is proficient in various software tools used in the construction industry. Bharath is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for construction management. He has a strong work ethic and is committed to delivering high-quality work. He is a team player and possesses excellent communication skills, which enables him to work collaboratively with his colleagues and clients.
